Lead Fulfillment Associate 1st Shift

ShipBob, Inc. is hiring a Lead Fulfillment Associate 1st Shift for a full-time role in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Based at 4779 Hanoverville Rd Suite 200, this front-half days opening (Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) puts you at the center of warehouse operations that turn inventory into reliably fulfilled orders.

About the Role

As a Lead Fulfillment Associate 1st Shift, you will partner with fellow associates to produce a strong daily experience for customers while building skills inside a growing organization. You report to the Area Manager, with the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations serving as backup coverage. Compensation is $22.00; the rate depends on the shift and may change based on business need. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support one of several core teams—receiving (accepting customer inventory, putaway, system intake, and arrival/exception communication), picking (moving products quickly and correctly through two process paths), or packing (final quality checks and proper packaging so shipments leave complete and intact).
• Coordinate with picking so packed orders match order accuracy standards and own end-to-end care of those shipments.
• Step into other areas as operations require so the facility stays efficient.
• Handle, store, and move goods in ways that protect safety, quality, and legal compliance; follow standard operating procedures; flag product-condition concerns; keep records that support traceability; and help reinforce continuous improvement and product-safety habits.

What You Bring

• Age 18 or older; prior warehouse experience is not required.
• Reliable attendance on scheduled shifts, including overtime or weekends when the business needs it.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unrestricted, stand and walk for up to an 8–10 hour shift, and frequently bend, stoop, reach overhead, push, and pull.
• Willingness to assist other departments, finish tough tasks hands-on, adapt quickly, and stay highly detail-oriented.
• Capacity to learn new processes fast and surface operational improvements; interest in growing with a fast-growing organization.
