Coordinate with picking so packed orders match order accuracy standards and own end-to-end care of those shipments. Step into other areas as operations require so the facility stays efficient. Handle, store, and move goods in ways that protect safety, quality, and legal compliance; follow standard operating procedures; flag product-condition concerns; keep records that support traceability; and help reinforce continuous improvement and product-safety habits. What You Bring Age 18 or older; prior warehouse experience is not required. Reliable attendance on scheduled shifts, including overtime or weekends when the business needs it. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unrestricted, stand and walk for up to an 8–10 hour shift, and frequently bend, stoop, reach overhead, push, and pull. Willingness to assist other departments, finish tough tasks hands-on, adapt quickly, and stay highly detail-oriented.
