About the Role

This full-time Lead Fulfillment Associate Mid Shift position at ShipBob, Inc. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania reports to the Area Manager (with the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations serving as backup) and places you at the center of a fast-paced warehouse environment where associates collaborate to create outstanding customer experiences every day. Compensation starts at $23.00 and may vary based on shift or business requirements. The Weekend Wrap schedule runs Friday through Monday from 4:15PM to 03:00AM. You will cultivate an ownership approach, work side-by-side with peers and leaders who share open feedback and high standards, and contribute to a results-focused culture with clear goals and shared recognition. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle receiving by accepting new inventory, processing put-away into the system, and communicating arrivals plus any exceptions.
• Support picking operations across dual methods to accurately and rapidly move products to the next stage so warehouse flow stays strong.
• Complete packing steps by verifying quality, assembling shipments correctly, and partnering with picking to achieve perfect order fulfillment.
• Assist other departments whenever operations require it to keep overall efficiency high.
• Ensure product safety, quality, and legality through proper handling, storage, and distribution while following standard procedures, documenting concerns, maintaining accurate records for traceability, and advancing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Availability for scheduled shifts plus overtime or weekends as business needs dictate, with consistent on-time attendance.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds unrestricted, stand and walk through 8-10 hour shifts, and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, or pull.
• Willingness to support additional departments, tackle hands-on tasks thoroughly, adapt rapidly to change, and apply strong attention to detail.
• Skill in learning new processes quickly and spotting chances to improve operations.
• Motivation to build a career at a growing organization.
