Key Responsibilities

• Arrange telephone discussions for client service colleagues
• Liaise with advisors to gather replies, check free times, and finalise consultation details
• Leave voicemails and pursue advisors so that booking efforts move forward quickly
• Keep an accurate running record of every client telephone consultation
• Revise advisor profile information whenever updates are required
• Assess advisors through structured questionnaires to confirm consultation suitability
• Track concurrent streams of work so that project managers can order client needs and monitor progress
• Respond helpfully to irregular or non-standard requests

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• One to three years spent in a setting that generates high call volumes
• Earlier project coordination experience is strongly favoured
• Superior organisational ability and exacting attention to detail
• Skilled at ranking tasks, juggling several duties, and meeting strict deadlines
• Ready to accept longer or irregular hours when needed
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Suite
• Effective internet searching for research purposes
• Clear, persuasive communication both spoken and written
• Comfort operating inside a team and also independently
