Position Summary

The Strategic Research team underpins Guidepoint by efficiently supplying services to clients around the world. Members of the team learn each client’s distinct business challenges and equip them with vital insights for stronger choices. As a Client Service Associate - Strategic Research you will concentrate on forging accurate links between clients and Advisors across many industries. Daily work centres on studying sectors connected to project requests and attracting high-calibre subject-matter specialists into the network so every client requirement is met. You will partner closely with Project Managers and Research Managers based in Australia. The full-time schedule runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM IST to stay aligned with Australian stakeholders. Your Responsibilities

• Assess client research requests then draw on multiple sources to locate the most fitting subject-matter experts spanning regions, industries and themes for every project
• Contact potential Advisors by phone, LinkedIn and other means to invite them into the Guidepoint network, clearly showing why their knowledge matches the assignment
• Evaluate each expert’s suitability for upcoming client projects and prepare polished profiles for client review
• Apply a collaborative approach that creates and sustains productive ties with colleagues at Guidepoint locations and with Advisors
