Your Responsibilities

• Own team safety and wellness by rolling out company safety standards, completing required training and observations, investigating incidents, and partnering with customers to strengthen their safety practices
• Communicate a clear vision that links daily work to site and company goals, serve as a positive change leader through well-planned initiatives, and keep everyone aligned on strategic outcomes
• Cultivate respectful, transparent relationships with employees, peers, and clients while modeling honesty, creating an engaging climate, personalizing onboarding, conducting regular check-ins, and celebrating contributions
• Develop individual team members through focused coaching, career discussions, skills matrices, structured training plans, and succession pipelines for critical roles
• Embed the company operating system, craft and execute site-specific maintenance strategies, manage revenue, costs, and profit to targets, and coordinate seamlessly with other internal business units
• Serve as the primary customer contact to anticipate needs, align contractual expectations, hold routine metric reviews, remove barriers through root-cause work, drive cost-saving continuous improvement, and collaborate on service expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline preferred, or seven years of operations or maintenance experience
• Three years of supervisory experience focused on growing people
• Resilience, multitasking ability, openness to change, and the capacity to rally others around transition
• Strong emotional intelligence that builds trust-based relationships and leads teams ethically toward goals
• Solid grasp of manufacturing and assembly environments plus business acumen and organizational skill
• Customer-centric mindset with urgency and relationship-building strength
• Preferred manufacturing maintenance background with relevant certifications, plus knowledge of planning, scheduling, preventive and predictive methods, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement approaches
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and platforms such as Power BI, GEAC, Concur, and Workday, along with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication, time management, financial forecasting, budgeting know-how, and readiness to relocate if required
