About the Role

This Senior Clinical Research Associate position is central to clinical trial success. You will manage assigned investigator sites throughout all phases of the trial lifecycle—from startup through final closeout. Your responsibilities encompass site monitoring, documentation oversight, regulatory compliance verification, and direct communication with site staff to sustain the highest standards of study execution and patient safety.

What You'll Do

• Oversee site management and ongoing monitoring activities at assigned clinical trial investigator locations
• Execute site closeout procedures to ensure complete data review and regulatory compliance
• Verify adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements
• Monitor patient safety protocols and maintain quality standards throughout the trial lifecycle
• Document findings, communicate directly with investigator sites, and escalate issues to sponsors as needed
• Ensure all trial activities align with protocol requirements and sponsor expectations
