About this role & career path
Senior Analyst is a mid-level step in Big Four FS practices: strong path into manager tracks in banking/capital markets advisory, or sideways into risk, transactions, or industry roles—contingent on utilization, client impact, and credentials you build on the job.
Build the skills for this role
Prioritize banking products and capital-markets literacy, financial modeling and Excel, clear client writing, and comfort with data pulls for deals or regulatory work. No specific cert list was provided for this family; deepen domain knowledge and presentation skills over random credentials.
- Walk through a banking or capital-markets analysis you owned end-to-end
- Explain how you’d structure work for a tight client deadline under a manager
- Show fluency in markets concepts (funding, liquidity, risk, or deal mechanics)
- Ask about team mix, travel, and how this SC-listed role connects to national FS clients

Best fit if you already analyze bank/markets problems, write crisply under time pressure, and want Big Four client variety. Less ideal if you need pure remote work or a pure quant-trading desk culture—this is professional services delivery for FS clients.
