About the Role

This position involves working closely with our investment banking team to support various capital markets activities. As an Associate, you will contribute to the execution of complex transactions and help develop strategies for clients in the financial sector.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and valuation models for potential clients.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for client presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and provide insights on market trends and opportunities.
• Help prepare and review documentation related to capital markets transactions.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in investment banking or a related field is preferred.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
