EY is hiring a Senior Manager, SAP Technical Architecture for our consulting practice based at our NY State Campus in Albany County. This full-time role offers the opportunity to guide enterprise transformation through cutting-edge SAP solutions and strategic technology leadership.

Role Overview

As Senior Manager of SAP Technical Architecture at EY, you'll architect enterprise-grade SAP implementations and modernization programs for Fortune 500 clients and mid-market organizations. You'll lead cross-functional consulting teams, shape technology strategy, and deliver business outcomes through deep SAP expertise. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate SAP technical roadmaps and solution architectures aligned with client business objectives
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements analysis to translate business challenges into scalable SAP implementations
• Oversee technical design decisions across SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HCM, and emerging technologies)
• Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams; recruit and develop technical talent
• Manage complex client relationships at the executive level; identify expansion and upsell opportunities
• Stay current on SAP innovations, cloud migration strategies, and enterprise architecture trends
• Contribute to EY's SAP consulting methodologies and thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP implementation or consulting experience, with 5+ years in a senior technical or leadership role
• Deep expertise in SAP system architecture, design, and deployment across multiple modules or verticals
• Proven track record managing large, complex client engagements with P&L accountability
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• SAP certification(s) in relevant areas strongly preferred
