Accenture is seeking a SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to join our Federal Services team in Washington, D.C., delivering enterprise solutions across the US federal government. As a full-time SAP Project Systems consultant, you'll leverage your expertise to support critical operations in defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations.
About the Role
You'll work alongside experienced SAP practitioners to design, configure, and optimize SAP Project Systems implementations that drive mission-critical results for government agencies. Your role bridges technical expertise and client strategy, translating federal requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement SAP Project Systems configurations aligned with federal compliance and operational requirements
- Analyze client business processes and develop comprehensive SAP PS solutions
- Create functional specifications, design documents, and system configuration blueprints
- Execute testing protocols and validation for SAP Project Systems modules
- Guide government agencies and internal teams through SAP PS features and optimization strategies
- Lead SAP PS implementation milestones from planning through go-live and post-launch refinement
- Partner with cross-functional consultants to deliver integrated SAP environments
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise implementing SAP Project Systems in complex, large-scale environments
- Deep working knowledge of SAP PS data models, configuration capabilities, and industry practices
- Background supporting federal government agencies, public sector projects, or regulated industries (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent professional background
- Ability to acquire or existing security clearance for federal government work
