Surgery Partners
Surgery Partners is seeking newly licensed registered nurses to participate in our structured New Graduate RN Residency Program at Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site residency program for the Fall 2026 cohort launches on September 23, 2026, and provides comprehensive clinical training, mentorship, and professional support to help you successfully transition into independent nursing practice.
About the Role
The New Graduate RN Residency Program is a supported transition pathway designed specifically for nurses entering their first professional role. You'll engage in a combination of classroom learning, simulation training, and direct patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors and nurse educators.
What You'll Do
- Complete structured clinical rotations across hospital departments to build foundational competencies
- Participate in didactic coursework focused on nursing fundamentals, clinical reasoning, and professional development
- Work alongside experienced nurses who will guide your progression from orientation through independent practice
- Provide direct patient care while developing safe, effective nursing skills
- Engage in competency assessments and reflective learning activities to track your professional growth
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a supportive hospital environment
What We're Looking For
- Current Montana RN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure before the September 2026 start date
- Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare setting
