About the Role

As a SAP Product Costing Manager focused on Controlling & Management Accounting (CMT), you'll own the end-to-end delivery of product costing engagements across high-tech organizations. You'll blend technical SAP expertise with business acumen to help clients gain clarity into cost structures, profitability drivers, and operational efficiency. This position combines hands-on project work with leadership responsibility, requiring you to guide teams and mentor junior SAP professionals.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement SAP product costing modules tailored to high-tech manufacturing and service environments
• Facilitate requirements workshops with enterprise clients to understand costing complexity and define solution strategies
• Configure SAP controlling and cost accounting processes, including standard costing, actual costing, and activity-based costing models
• Manage project delivery, including scope, timeline, quality, and team resources
• Lead go-live activities and post-implementation optimization to ensure successful adoption
• Provide guidance and mentorship to consulting team members on costing best practices
• Stay informed of evolving SAP capabilities and industry trends in high-tech cost management

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise implementing SAP product costing and controlling solutions
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Direct experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or related industries
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP configurations and process improvements
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• SAP certifications or equivalent functional expertise in controlling and cost accounting modules
