Operations Worker (3696)

Cera Sports Corporation is hiring a dedicated full-time Operations Worker (3696) in Clifford, Bartholomew County to help keep our recreational grounds, athletic facilities, and public spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round.

About the Role

As an Operations Worker with Cera Sports Corporation, you will play a hands-on part in the day-to-day upkeep of our parks, fields, and facilities in Clifford, Bartholomew County. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining attractive, functional grounds that the community can rely on.

Key Responsibilities

• Care for green spaces through mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and tending flower beds
• Maintain athletic fields and courts to keep them play-ready
• Handle trash collection and clean restrooms, bathhouses, offices, and other facilities
• Support lake and waterfront maintenance tasks
• Service and look after grounds equipment to keep it in working order
• Carry out painting work and maintain playground areas for safety
• Assist with construction and improvement projects as needed
• Complete additional related duties to support overall operations

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform a variety of physical, outdoor maintenance tasks in differing conditions
• Reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfort operating and caring for grounds maintenance equipment
• A team-oriented attitude and dependable, on-site availability for full-time hours
