Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new middle market personal lines clients across the Tampa region.
• Assess individual exposures and recommend coverage that aligns with each client's risk profile and long-term financial goals.
• Cultivate lasting relationships through proactive outreach, referrals, and trusted advisory service.
• Partner with internal brokers and specialists to design and place tailored insurance programs.
• Guide clients through informed decisions on policies, renewals, and evolving coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in insurance sales, ideally within personal lines or the middle market segment.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
• Clear communication skills and a client-first, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working on-site in Tampa, Hillsborough County (this role is not remote).
• Relevant insurance licensing or the willingness to obtain it as required.
