About the Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor for our Baltimore community, you'll guide the on-site maintenance team while taking ownership of repairs, preventive upkeep, and apartment turnovers. We're looking for a motivated, positive professional who embraces every opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baltimore, Baltimore County.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the on-site team to direct maintenance staff and coordinate repairs that keep the property in excellent condition.
- Oversee the make-ready process so vacant apartments are fully prepared for new residents to move in on schedule.
- Initiate, complete, and supervise maintenance tasks and service requests across the community.
- Support the day-to-day upkeep, safety, and overall appearance of the property.
- Encourage a collaborative, solution-focused environment within the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Practical experience in property or facilities maintenance and repair work.
- Leadership ability to coordinate, motivate, and support a maintenance team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the make-ready timeline and competing priorities.
- Comfort with hands-on troubleshooting and a commitment to quality results.
