Sales Development Representative, Outbound

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing, profitable fintech platform in their search for a Sales Development Representative focused on outbound prospecting. Our client serves thousands of organizations globally with their digital payments solution, and they're expanding their sales team to support continued growth.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in LATAM or the USA. You'll be the first point of contact with prospective customers, working closely with an assigned Account Executive to generate qualified meetings and build pipeline through creative outbound strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities primarily through outbound prospecting activities
• Partner with your paired Account Executive to target and engage key accounts from their strategic account list
• Leverage multiple channels including email, social selling, networking, conferences, and field marketing events to generate qualified meetings
• Research target accounts using prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and your own network to identify key decision-makers and craft personalized messaging
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop and refine pipeline-building strategies
• Learn the platform's value proposition and communicate it effectively to prospects
• Qualify leads by understanding prospect goals, challenges, and fit with the solution

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in an outbound SDR or similar prospecting role
• Creative problem-solving skills with a willingness to experiment and iterate on what works
• Independence and self-motivation—you take pride in finding your own answers while collaborating when needed
• Team-oriented mindset; you share winning tactics and trends with colleagues so everyone succeeds
• Comfort working toward a well-defined quota and using it as a benchmark for personal success
• Ambition to grow both in role and responsibility as the company scales
• Experience with prospecting tools and CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Base salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 plus commission

Benefits include 100% covered health insurance (US-based employees), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave, and a fully remote work environment across the Americas.
