Hibbett is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to join the team at our Hartsville Crossings store in Hartsville, South Carolina, where you'll help shoppers find the gear they love while keeping the sales floor running smoothly.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Hartsville, SC, you'll be a key member of our store Operations team, reporting directly to the Store Manager. This is an hourly, non-exempt position paying $9.00 per hour. Day to day, you'll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service across every department in the store and play a hands-on part in driving product sales and customer satisfaction at our Hartsville Crossings location.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, offering attentive service that makes every visit a positive one.
- Build product knowledge across each area and department so you can guide shoppers to the right choice.
- Support and encourage sales to help the store reach its performance goals.
