About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Hibbett in Temecula, Riverside County, you become the friendly face of our store and a driver of everyday sales. Reporting to the Store Manager within our Operations team, you'll build product knowledge across every department, guide customers toward the right purchase, and keep the sales floor running smoothly. This is a non-exempt, hourly position paying $18.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet shoppers warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable customer service throughout their visit.
- Promote and sell products across every department, meeting individual and store sales goals.
- Develop expertise in each product area so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor that reflects Hibbett standards.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines accurately and consistently.
- Support point-of-sale transactions, restocking, and other day-to-day store operations as needed.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude.
- Willingness to learn product details across multiple departments.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
