About the Role
We are welcoming newly licensed nurses into our New Grad RN and Extern programs across our Behavioral Health service line. As a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate in Dover, Massachusetts, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while developing your clinical skills alongside experienced colleagues. This is a staff position working 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients across Adult, Geriatric, and Adolescent behavioral health units
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and monitor responses to treatment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and uphold established clinical standards and protocols
- Participate in structured new graduate training and mentorship through our Extern and New Grad RN programs
Qualifications
- New graduate of an accredited nursing program seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) role
- Eligibility for or active licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Interest in behavioral health nursing across adult, geriatric, and adolescent populations
- Availability for full-time, 12-hour day shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to compassionate care
