What This Role Involves

As a Sales Associate at Range USA, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our indoor shooting range facility in Richland Hills. You'll drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and help maintain the safe, professional environment that defines our operation. Your work directly impacts how customers perceive Range USA and whether they choose to return.

Core Duties

• Assist customers in selecting firearms, ammunition, targets, and range accessories
• Process sales transactions using our point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments
• Brief visitors on range rules, safety protocols, and proper facility usage
• Monitor the sales floor and range areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Answer product questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers
• Support member check-in and range access operations
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and membership loyalty

Who We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people succeed
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred, though we welcome motivated candidates ready to learn
