About This Position
The Safety Advisor role at Cogentanalytics involves building long-term relationships with homeowners by serving as a trusted advisor for their plumbing, heating, and electrical needs. You will conduct annual (or more frequent) in-home visits to evaluate systems, identify opportunities for repairs or upgrades, and collaborate with service and installation teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with homeowners. <li-Conduct on-site inspections of residential plumbing and electrical systems. <li-Assess system performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability. <li-Prepare and present repair and improvement proposals based on customer needs. <li-Educate homeowners on recommended solutions and preventative maintenance opportunities. <li-Coordinate with service technicians and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. <li-Maintain accurate records of inspections, recommendations, estimates, and customer interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
Key responsibilities include meeting established sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach. Successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to build trust with customers. A background in home services or related field is preferred.
