Role Overview

ACCIONA Construcción, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure development, seeks a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in Australia (nationwide) (nationwide). This full-time position is based on-site and requires a proactive approach to ensuring the safety of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance on health and safety practices to employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 standards.
• A strong commitment to health and safety practices.
