Your Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive health and safety documentation, including incident reports, hazard assessments, and training records.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, focusing on best practices in field operations.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness in case of incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety improvements and reduce risk exposure.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Health & Safety Specialist or related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, particularly in the energy sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
