Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the dealership
- Assist in managing appointments for customers and staff
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate assessments of repair needs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicles' maintenance and repair requirements
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional, friendly, and efficient
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail when conducting vehicle inspections and preparing reports
- A friendly and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction
