Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers on the showroom floor, understanding their RV preferences and lifestyle needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features, specifications, and available options
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery and customer handoff
• Build rapport with buyers and answer detailed questions about different RV models and configurations
• Coordinate with management and delivery teams to ensure smooth closing and customer satisfaction
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through dedicated effort and strong customer service

Requirements

• Proven sales experience or demonstrated success in a customer-facing sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to listen and connect with diverse customers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with comfort earning performance-based commission
• Ability to quickly learn about RV specifications, features, and financing options
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexibility during peak business hours and weekends as needed
