As a Retail Store Manager at First Cash, you'll oversee all daily operations at our Abilene store, from customer transactions and staff coordination to inventory control and financial management. This role combines hands-on retail expertise with strategic leadership, offering competitive hourly compensation between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour plus the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus that significantly contributes to your total yearly income. What You'll Do
