Our straightforward commission structure rewards your effort—earn up to 8% on every transaction you complete, averaging an additional $2.05 per hour on top of your base hourly rate.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain the retail floor, organize merchandise, and keep the store presentable
• Identify customer needs and recommend complementary products and services
• Handle cash and payments with accuracy and security
