About the Role

As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, evidence-based setting where clinical judgment and compassion make a real difference. You'll work with diverse patient populations, managing acute care delivery from arrival through discharge while collaborating across the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for emergency patients across their hospital journey
• Provide theory-based professional nursing interventions responsive to patient and family needs
• Coordinate patient care delivery with physicians, specialists, and allied health team members
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage medical equipment in critical situations
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to explain care plans and reduce anxiety
• Document care accurately and timely to maintain clinical records and support continuity of care
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in good standing (Maryland or eligible for Maryland licensure)
• Experience in emergency nursing, acute care, or related clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate under high-pressure conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
