About the Role

As a Senior Account Strategist in Paid Media, you'll own the strategic direction of paid campaigns for multiple SaaS and tech clients. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll synthesize client goals, market dynamics, and performance data to build campaigns that move the needle on revenue-generating outcomes—not vanity metrics.

What You'll Do

• Develop integrated paid media strategies aligned with each client's SQL and customer acquisition targets
• Lead campaign planning, setup, and optimization across search, display, social, and video channels
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into strategic recommendations that drive results
• Collaborate with SEO, content, CRO, and creative teams to deliver cohesive digital marketing programs
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, translating business objectives into executable paid campaigns
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in performance marketing
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal methodologies and best practices

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years managing paid media campaigns for SaaS or technology companies
• Proven expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other major paid platforms
• Strong understanding of funnel optimization and lead-generation mechanics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from campaign data and adjust strategy accordingly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities simultaneously
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment where results matter
