About the Role

This is an entry-level banking role designed for candidates ready to grow into a Retail Personal Banker II position. You'll complete an intensive 4–8 week onboarding program that combines hands-on rotations through our Operations and Sales & Service teams, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to manage client relationships effectively and drive deposit and lending growth.

What You'll Do

• Assist with customer account services, processing transactions and resolving inquiries accurately and professionally
• Learn and apply consultative sales techniques to identify client needs and present banking solutions
• Support lending operations and gain exposure to credit products and approval workflows
• Collaborate with team members during rotations to understand branch operations and service standards
• Build foundational knowledge of Fifth Third products including checking, savings, loans, and credit services
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and company policies in all client interactions
