JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Customer Success Associate in Healthcare Payments to join our growing team at William Penn Annex East in Philadelphia County. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in helping healthcare organizations implement, adopt, and maximize the value of our payment solutions.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate focused on Healthcare Payments, you are the primary point of contact for our customers throughout their engagement lifecycle. You will manage customer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure clients achieve their business objectives through our payment platforms and services. This is a hands-on position where you'll combine strategic account management with day-to-day operational support.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main customer contact, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating solutions across multiple departments
  • Monitor customer health metrics and product usage to identify upsell opportunities and areas requiring additional support or training
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions to help customers successfully implement and configure payment systems
  • Document customer requirements, issues, and feedback; escalate complex problems to technical and product teams
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM and tracking systems
  • Participate in periodic business reviews with key accounts to discuss performance, usage trends, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and independently
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer success tools
  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations, payment processing, or related financial services (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
