Jmg Investments is seeking a dedicated Resident Advisor for our Technology and Treatment program at Harmony Place in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles County. This is a part-time position covering essential night shifts Thursday through Saturday, offering the opportunity to provide direct support to residents during recovery.
About the Role
As a Resident Advisor, you'll supervise and support clients during overnight hours at our residential treatment facility in Woodland Hills. Working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, you'll maintain a safe, structured environment and help residents stay engaged in their recovery journey during critical night-shift hours.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct supervision and support to residents during NOC (night operations) shifts
- Assist clients overcoming substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges
- Reinforce life skills development and support treatment program continuity through the night
- Monitor resident wellbeing, respond to requests, and address concerns with compassion and professionalism
- Document interactions and communicate relevant information to clinical and day staff
- Maintain a secure, therapeutic residential environment aligned with facility protocols
