What You'll Do

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments used in research

• Assist researchers with experimental setup, execution, and data collection
• Clean, sterilize, and properly store laboratory equipment and materials
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment
• Maintain laboratory inventory and order supplies as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform basic preventive maintenance
• May supervise and train subordinate laboratory staff on procedures and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training
• Previous experience working in a research or clinical laboratory environment
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly
