About the Role

As a Rental Sales Agent at the Cherry Creek location, you'll be the face of SIXT to every customer who walks through the door. You'll guide renters through their options, match them with the right vehicle, and identify opportunities to enhance their rental experience — all while keeping branch operations running smoothly. SIXT provides full vehicle training, so you can hit the ground running from day one. What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint of the rental transaction
• Present and sell vehicle upgrades, coverage products, and additional services to meet customer needs and branch targets
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently using branch systems
• Oversee fleet readiness — coordinating vehicle availability, condition checks, and lot organization
• Handle branch responsibilities including check-ins, check-outs, and general operational support
• Build product knowledge through SIXT-provided training on the full vehicle lineup

• Demonstrated ability in customer service, retail, or a sales-oriented environment
• Confident, persuasive communicator who can connect with a wide range of customers
• Strong multitasker who stays organized in a fast-paced, high-traffic branch setting
• Valid driver's license and comfort operating a variety of vehicle types
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solution

Compensation & Growth
