About the Role
As a Customer Service Return Agent, you're central to the SIXT rental experience. You'll handle customer interactions during vehicle returns, inspect rental cars for damage and condition, and ensure our fleet operates smoothly. This is a high-energy role where you'll make a direct impact on customer satisfaction. You'll earn competitive hourly pay of $22.50 while building expertise in customer service and fleet management.
What You'll Do
- Greet returning customers with professionalism and assist them through the vehicle return process
- Inspect and document vehicle condition, mileage, and any damage accurately
- Process rental transactions, final payments, and resolution of charges or claims
- Answer customer questions about their rental and address any concerns promptly
- Enter data into our rental management system and maintain organized records
- Coordinate with maintenance and fleet teams to prepare vehicles for future rentals
- Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations efficient and customers satisfied
