Remote Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are representing a confidential business process outsourcing organization seeking experienced Remote Sales Representatives to join their Philippines-based team. In this role, you'll conduct outbound sales campaigns, engage with customers across multiple industries, and drive revenue through consultative selling. This is a work-from-home opportunity for motivated sales professionals who excel at building relationships and meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present and promote products and services effectively
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Stay current with product knowledge, promotions, and ongoing training
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous call center experience (required)
• Work-from-home experience
• Strong command of the English language
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM
• High-speed internet connection
• Quiet, appropriate work environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
• Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must reside within 80km of the client's office location
• Bilingual candidates will be viewed favorably
