Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain donor and prospect data within the organization's CRM platform (Blackbaud CRM)
  • Pull, analyze, and distribute reports that track portfolio activity, performance metrics, and fundraising progress
  • Coordinate complex calendaring across fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders to support donor engagement
  • Maintain prospect pipelines and prepare materials for fundraising strategy discussions
  • Ensure data integrity to guide engagement plans and inform strategic decision-making
  • Support development, documentation, and refinement of processes and workflows to improve team efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system questions and reinforce best practices
  • Provide administrative support and contribute to special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Proven ability to manage diverse activities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating effectively with a wide range of people
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
