Relationship Banker Southern Monmouth District

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker for our Southern Monmouth District office in Oakhurst, Monmouth County, to join our team in a full-time role focused on building customer relationships and delivering comprehensive financial solutions.

This Relationship Banker position places you directly in the path of customer interactions, where you'll blend consultative expertise with operational proficiency. You'll serve as a trusted financial partner, understanding customer needs and connecting them with the right products and services to support their financial success.

What You'll Do

• Open and manage new deposit and credit accounts while guiding customers through the onboarding process
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the Oakhurst and Southern Monmouth District communities
• Process loan applications and help customers navigate credit decisions
• Execute daily teller and branch operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Educate customers on checking accounts, savings products, lending options, and investment services
• Ensure all transactions and customer interactions comply with banking regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework or degree is a plus
• Excellent communication and listening skills suited to customer-facing work
• Demonstrated sales ability and comfort in consultative selling conversations
• Competency with computer systems, banking software, and standard office applications
• Strong organizational and time management abilities in a dynamic branch environment
• Dedication to customer service, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, retail, or customer service is valued
