Core Duties

• Mount, demount, and balance tires and wheels using precision equipment
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and safety compliance
• Repair punctures and perform tire maintenance and repair work
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets Continental's quality and safety standards
• Advise customers on tire condition and service recommendations
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and well-maintained

What We're Looking For

• Completed apprenticeship or recognized training as a Reifenmonteur or tire technician
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting ability
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and safety-focused work practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Physical capability to perform tire installation, removal, and repair work
• Professional communication skills and genuine customer service orientation
