Drawing Technician – 3rd Shift

Incom is hiring a 3rd Shift Drawing Technician in Charlton, Worcester County—a hands-on manufacturing role at a company building some of the most advanced glass and polymer microstructures in the world.

About the Role

As a Drawing Technician on our overnight (3rd shift) team in Charlton, Massachusetts, you'll play a direct part in producing the precision microstructures that power medical, defense, and scientific technologies. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who takes pride in careful, high-quality work and wants to see the tangible impact of what they build.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor drawing equipment used to manufacture glass and polymer microstructures during the 3rd shift.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards to maintain consistent, precise output.
• Inspect materials and finished components to ensure they meet exacting specifications.
• Document production activity and report any equipment or quality concerns promptly.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in line with company practices.
• Collaborate with shift teammates and other departments to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Willingness and availability to work a full-time 3rd (overnight) shift on-site in Charlton, Worcester County.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Comfort working with technical equipment in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Dependability and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
