Temporary R&D Technician

Griffith Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary R&D Technician to join our Product Development team in Springdale, Washington County, supporting day-to-day lab and sample operations within Research & Development.

About the Role

This is a full-time, temporary, onsite position based in Springdale, AR, paying $20 per hour. As a Temporary R&D Technician, you will provide hands-on support to our Product Development group, helping keep sample preparation, packaging, and laboratory logistics running smoothly. Please note that this role is not eligible for company benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and assist with packaging of dry blends and finished products in advance of shipment.
• Help organize and ready materials so that R&D projects stay on schedule.
• Track and maintain inventory of raw materials and laboratory supplies, flagging restocking needs.
• Accurately record and document R&D activities to support traceability and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and aligned with food-safety and laboratory practices.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working onsite in a hands-on laboratory and product-development environment.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when documenting tasks and handling materials.
• Solid organizational skills for managing inventory and laboratory supplies.
• Ability to follow procedures carefully and work reliably as part of a team.
• Availability to commit to a full-time, temporary schedule in Springdale, Washington County.
