Rehab – Physical Therapist

Great Road is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for our West Acton, Middlesex County location. Bring your clinical expertise to deliver rehabilitative care to patients in this flexible, part-time role.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Great Road, you'll work directly with patients to assess conditions, develop treatment plans, and guide them through evidence-based rehabilitation. This part-time position allows you to make a meaningful clinical impact while maintaining scheduling flexibility in the West Acton area.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality-based treatments
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions based on clinical progress
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress according to clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the broader healthcare team on patient care
• Educate patients about their condition and provide home exercise instruction
• Contribute to a safe, professional clinical environment

What We're Looking For

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination
• Clinical experience assessing and treating patients with various conditions
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
