About the Role

As our Receptionist, you'll be the backbone of client experience in our Honea Path office. This is a full-time position where you'll manage daily operations, coordinate with our agent, and ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. What You'll Do

• Answer, screen, and route phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Greet clients and visitors, maintain appointment schedules, and manage the flow of office traffic
• Respond to client inquiries, provide policy information, and route complex questions to the agent
• Process new client information, maintain organized filing systems, and update digital records
• Coordinate scheduling for client meetings and ensure the office runs smoothly
• Support the agent with administrative tasks including quotes, document preparation, and client follow-up
• Handle routine inquiries about insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes
