Psychologist (Bilingual Preferred)

Join Regional Center of the East Bay as a full-time Psychologist based in San Leandro, Alameda County. We are seeking a licensed psychologist to deliver comprehensive psychological services to individuals and families throughout our service area, with bilingual capabilities strongly preferred.

About the Role

As a Psychologist with Regional Center of the East Bay, you will provide essential psychological support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact through evidence-based assessment, intervention, and advocacy within a community-centered organization.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment and support plans tailored to client needs
• Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions
• Administer and interpret psychological tests and diagnostic instruments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including case managers, service coordinators, and medical professionals
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, progress notes, and service records
• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to appropriate resources and services
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and case conferences

What We're Looking For

• Valid California license as a Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
• Master's degree in Psychology or a related mental health field
• Proven experience assessing and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Expertise in psychological testing, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Fluency in Spanish or another language used in our community (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and person-centered practice

Compensation

Bilingual Salary: $108,827.16 - $159,297.84 annually ($4,185.66 - $6,126.84 bi-weekly). Non-Bilingual Salary: $105,707.16 - $156,177.84 annually ($4,065.66 - $6,006.84 bi-weekly).
