About the Role

This is a full-time position with weekly payment, perfect for contractors committed to quality workmanship and reliable service. You'll work across several communities in Preston County, contributing directly to the appearance and integrity of residential and commercial properties.

What You'll Do

• Perform lawn maintenance, grounds care, and seasonal property upkeep
• Execute property preservation tasks that maintain curb appeal and structural integrity
• Complete maintenance work in a timely, professional manner
• Work at multiple service locations as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in property maintenance or property preservation (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in specialized preservation techniques
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Work Locations

You'll service properties throughout Preston County, including Preston, Albright, Terra Alta, Masontown, Newburg, and Rowlesburg. Our multi-site approach means varied work and established routes.
