About the Role
HP Preservation Service is hiring contractors for property maintenance and preservation work across Preston County, West Virginia. You'll service properties in Arthurdale, Kingwood, Terra Alta, Reedsville, Masontown, Rowlesburg, Tunnelton, Newburg, Albright, Brandonville, and Bruceton Mills, performing essential maintenance and preservation tasks for residential and commercial property owners throughout the region.
What You'll Do
- Perform lawn maintenance and grounds care at assigned properties
- Remove debris, junk, and unwanted materials from residential and commercial sites
- Execute routine property maintenance and preservation duties
- Maintain and safely operate equipment on job sites
- Communicate with property owners and supervisors regarding work scope and timeline
- Travel between multiple job sites across Preston County
What We're Looking For
- Experience in property maintenance, lawn care, debris removal, or preservation work—or willingness to be trained
- Reliable transportation for working across multiple locations in Preston County
- Physical capability to perform outdoor maintenance work and material handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional demeanor and solid work ethic
- Full-time availability and flexibility to meet seasonal demands
