What You'll Do
- Plan and execute environmental due diligence engagements focused on commercial property assessment
- Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, including site inspections and historical record reviews
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent assignments
- Coordinate with environmental consultants, clients, real estate professionals, and legal teams
- Prepare comprehensive environmental reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Maintain project documentation and compliance files
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in environmental due diligence or Phase I Environmental Site Assessment management
- Proven project management skills with experience tracking timelines and deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with solid organizational skills
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and due diligence best practices
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfort with field work and site investigations
