Project Manager – Environmental Due Diligence

All Environmental is hiring a Project Manager – Environmental Due Diligence in Salt Lake City to lead environmental assessment projects for commercial real estate clients throughout the region.

About the Role

This full-time position sits within our Due Diligence division, where you'll oversee environmental due diligence projects from conception through delivery. You'll manage environmental site assessments, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver clear, actionable findings to clients making real estate decisions. This role combines hands-on project management with technical environmental knowledge, requiring attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute environmental due diligence engagements focused on commercial property assessment
• Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, including site inspections and historical record reviews
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent assignments
• Coordinate with environmental consultants, clients, real estate professionals, and legal teams
• Prepare comprehensive environmental reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Maintain project documentation and compliance files

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in environmental due diligence or Phase I Environmental Site Assessment management
• Proven project management skills with experience tracking timelines and deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented mindset with solid organizational skills
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and due diligence best practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with field work and site investigations
