Position Summary

EGCON, the Development and Construction division of Elm Grove Companies, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-value residential and mixed-use construction projects. In this role, you'll manage all phases of project delivery while maintaining the company's commitment to quality, timeliness, and fiscal responsibility. You'll work within a vertically integrated real estate and development firm that values precision, accountability, and proven results.

Core Duties

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across all phases of construction
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality standards
• Monitor progress against milestones and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership
• Track expenses, process invoices, and maintain cost controls throughout project lifecycle
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and budget overruns proactively
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality reviews to verify workmanship and material standards

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in residential or mixed-use construction
• Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety protocols
• Advanced proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with contractors and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
