Newbridge Recruiting Group LLC is hiring compassionate CNAs and HHAs for a CNA / HHA – Monday–Friday 8–4 role in Boston, Thomas County, offering the rare gift of consistent weekday hours and genuine work-life balance in elder care.
About the Role
This full-time CNA / HHA position supports a community-based elder care program where you help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible. You'll provide hands-on personal care both within a clinic setting and out in the surrounding community, with multiple openings available north of Boston. Best of all, the schedule is fixed at Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM — with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. The pay range for this role is $19–$24 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist older adults with daily personal care tasks that promote dignity and comfort
- Support clients in staying safe and independent at the clinic and during community visits
- Provide attentive, respectful companionship and hands-on care throughout each weekday shift
- Collaborate with a supportive elder care team to meet each individual's needs
Qualifications
- Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- A caring, patient approach to working with seniors
- Reliability and a commitment to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
- Comfort providing care in both clinical and community-based settings near Boston
